Neil has more than 5 years experience in Internet business. Neil programmed, designed, and managed a successful indie music news site, and led technical support for a successful ISP. Neil is a well-read web native, with experience building thriving web communities, through both providing, and encouraging the contribution of, quality content and overcoming technical obstacles. Neil also worked with Matt on an ecommerce startup in 2006, during which time they developed a mutual respect for each other's abilities and a track record of successful collaboration.

Prior to Jabbik, Matt has been involved in 5 startups, and founded 2 of them. Most recently, Matt founded an IT consulting firm in May 2007 based in New York City, which has been profitable since inception. His Internet career began when he was hired in 1999 as one of the first employees at a successful Massachusetts-based ISP with a national footprint. As Matt helped solidify aspects of the business ranging from sales, to customer support processes, to product documentation, he developed an addiction to startups. After a successful stint in business development for a small software consulting firm, Matt became employee #1, ultimately climbing to the position of CFO, of an ecommerce firm founded in 2004, which targeted international markets and achieved a peak monthly revenue of 3.8 million. Matt co-founded another ecommerce firm, selling professional-grade equipment in the US market in 2006.
